The first session of Project Inara

Project Inara is a platform of opportunities for marginalized children and youth of Kashmir to develop latent market relevant skills and gain a better footing in mainstream India.

I am happy to share we have commenced with classes for Cohort 1 of Project Inara. 30 children from various CCIs and Barthana Govt High School are participating. The first session was conducted by an expert theatre person Mr Hakeem Nadeem.

We are grateful to Mr Md. Shafiq Chak, Director, Social Welfare Kashmir visiting and inspecting the centre on behalf of the Directorate of Social Welfare. He has given us valuable advice to strengthen the programme. His august presence and kind words motivated the children and project team.
